We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
